- You win the auction or Buy It Now: Complete payment via eBay. Confirm the seller's collection address and their availability window.
- You call us: Give us the seller's postcode, the item description (size, weight if known), and your delivery address. We'll give you a competitive quote on the spot.
- We coordinate with the seller: We arrange a collection time directly with the seller. They just need to be available to hand over the item, we do the loading.
- We deliver to you: Same-day delivery across Greater Manchester. We'll text you when we're 30 minutes away.

eBay collection tips for buyers
- Ask the seller about access: Is the item upstairs? Is there a lift? Are there stairs or narrow hallways? Knowing this in advance helps us quote accurately.
- Confirm the seller's availability: Many eBay sellers only offer collection during evenings or weekends. Let us know their preferred windows and we'll work around them.
- Check item dimensions: A "large wardrobe" could be anything from 180cm to 240cm tall. Ask the seller for rough measurements so we bring the right equipment.
- Coordinate payment before collection: Sellers are understandably cautious. Pay via eBay before we collect so there's no awkwardness at the door.

Our primary coverage is Greater Manchester, including Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Wigan, Trafford, and surrounding areas. For collections further afield (Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside, Liverpool), call for availability, we regularly handle longer-distance eBay collections and can quote accordingly.
We'll photograph the item on collection and notify you immediately if there's any visible damage that wasn't disclosed in the listing. This protects you, you can then decide whether to proceed with the purchase or dispute it with the seller via eBay's Money Back Guarantee. We won't load and transport a damaged item without your confirmation.
For local collections within Greater Manchester, we can often collect same-day if you call before 2pm. For evening-only sellers, we offer evening collection slots (up to 8pm). Weekends are also available, in fact, Saturday is our busiest eBay collection day since that's when most weekend auctions end.
This is why we always confirm the collection time with the seller directly before dispatching. If a seller fails to be present at the agreed time, we'll wait 15 minutes and attempt to contact them. If they can't be reached, we'll notify you and re-schedule. There's no charge for a failed collection caused by the seller.
Yes, this is exactly what we do. If an eBay seller has listed an item as 'collection only' and you don't have a suitable vehicle, we'll collect it from their address anywhere in Greater Manchester and deliver it to your door. You arrange the payment with the seller, we handle the logistics.

We'll confirm the item's condition before loading and notify you when we're en route to your delivery address.
